Gift cards may be purchased at the Customer Service Center, or online here via credit card. There is a $2/card activation fee. A shipping fee will be added for each address gift cards are sent to via online purchases. Please allow seven days for shipping.

The 2024 Savings Passport is available online and at the Customer Service Center, located near Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Customers must present the virtual Savings Passport to receive special discounts at participating stores.

Need a quick break from an intense day of shopping? Rest up and reset with a glass of bubbly in our VIP lounge. VIP Lounge day passes are $30 per person and available for purchase at Customer Service Center.
Gift Wrapping and Shipping Services - Domestic & International
Our Customer Service Center offers gift wrapping and on-site United States Postal Service shipping services. As an Approved Postal Provider, the Customer Service Center offers both domestic and international shipping and will have boxes, envelopes, packing supplies, stamps, cards and more available for purchase. Standard USPS shipping rates apply; there is no center fee applied to the service.
Complimentary Baggage Check
Are you planning a big shopping day? Let us help! Citadel Outlets offers complimentary baggage check to shoppers who need a place to store their new items. Baggage check is located at the Customer Service Center.
Tesla Supercharger Stations
Citadel Outlets offers 20 Tesla Supercharger stations so you can recharge while you shop. Superchargers are located behind Disney Outlet.

Currency Exchange International is located in Citadel Outlet's Customer Service Center.
